Daniel was born in Crown Heights, NY, in 1944. He has one sister and his father was a manufacturer for women’s clothing. After high school, Daniel attended American University and received his doctorate in law from Brooklyn College Law School. He was a practicing lawyer from 1968 -1986. David was married and had 2 children. His son lives in Englewood NJ, and his daughter lives in Chapakwah, NY. They lived in New York City and later moved to Central Valley, which is right near Kiryas Yoel. Daniel developed a close friendship with many Satmar Chasidim who live in Kiryas Yoel. After 10 years, he moved back to Manhattan. While on a business trip to Ft. Lauderdale, Daniel needed emergency surgery and then was admitted to Regal Park Assisted Living in Boynton Beach. I look forward to seeing Daniel each week as he adds much to our classes.
